How we run this work.
Complete material takeoff
Quantities measured from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Every fixture, fitting, lineal metre and cubic metre counted, with waste factors per material type.
Current market pricing
Material costs sourced from suppliers in your region, updated for the month you are building in. Labour rates reflect local market conditions, union vs. non-union, and prevailing wages where they apply.
Risk and contingency separated
Base cost, escalation, and contingency are separate line items. You see what is known, what could shift, and what buffer covers the unknowns — including soil conditions, permit delays, and design changes.
